PRINTING ON YOUR OWN GARMENTS

We understand you love your shirts and we'd be happy to embellish your own garments. That being said, as much as we try to prevent it, sometimes things go wrong. There is a difference between the products we offer and retail products. If we agree to accept your product, we accept no responsibility if something were to get damaged (i.e. rips or tears, stains, curing too hot, mistakes, etc.). and customer supplied garments cannot be guaranteed in any way. In the event of an error or damage to the item, we will not be able to replace the item nor issue a refund for any materials used or time spent on the project.

ARTWORK & DESIGN

AI, EPS or PDF file is best. If you have other file types you may have a design charge on order to use it for print purposes. Sometimes artwork supplied by the Customer may not produce the best end results on embellished items. We will let you know upfront and give you the option of having you resubmit the design or have us redo the artwork at our normal rates. If you are requesting multiple proofs for visualization there may be a $5 charge per proof.

Deposits, Invoices and Payments

50% of the total order is due upon ordering. All orders are paid in full at the time of order pickup (unless otherwise approved). We accept payment by cash, check or credit card. Invoice copies are issued upon request. 2% processing is added to all phone orders.

TURNAROUND

Our standard order production time for both screen print and embroidery orders is 7-10 business days. Ordering and/or production of the products will occur upon the required 50% deposit.

RUSH ORDERS

If an order is needed in a shorter time frame, we will do everything we can to accommodate your request. However, rush orders often cause us to run our production staff at overtime hours, resulting in the need to charge additional rush fees. Rush orders are subject to a 10-25% rush charge of the total order depending on production allotment at that time.

ORDER MINIMUMS

All screen print orders have a 12 piece minimum for single color, single location prints.  If your design is a multi-color or multi-location print, we have a 25 piece minimum. It is suggested that if you even think you might need another shirt, that it is always best to order 1-2 extras initially to prevent the reorder requirements and costs.  We will always let you know what type of embellishment would work best for your needs and would be the lowest price overall. 

PRICE BREAKS

All our prices are based on the quantity of garments ordered. The more you order, the lower the price is per garment. Price breaks are set at 24, 48, 72, 144, 288, and 576.

Mixing & Matching - It is possible to mix and match garment types to reach a higher price breaks. Our price breaks are based on the number of same design items, not similar garments. For instance, if you order 100 t-shirts and 50 sweatshirts, as long as the design and print colors are exactly the same for both items, you will be able to take advantage of the 144 lower priced quantity break.

REORDERS

If you place a reorder there is a $15 resetup charge per color, per print location. This price includes us realigning the screen to print. If you know you'll be placing frequent reorders let us know ahead of time so we can keep your screens up.

ORDER CHANGES AND CANCELLATION

Once an order has been confirmed by the Customer, either through verbal authorization, in writing, via email or by phone the order is final. Any changes requested after confirmation are made at the sole discretion of Madison Print Shoppe. Should we agree to change a confirmed order, the Customer may be charged a $15 change order fee.  In some cases, these changes could also increase the price from the original quoted total, the production schedule, and completion dates for shipping and production. All changes must be confirmed in writing and any errors, inaccuracies or omissions made during the placement and/or production of an order shall be the sole responsibility of the Customer.

If you cancel an order before embellishment, you are subject to a 15% restocking fee.  This will be deducted from the original deposit.  No cancellations will be accepted after production has begun.

RETURNS

Unless a clear production error has been made by Madison Print Shoppe, LLC that is in obvious conflict with the specifications provided on the confirmed production order, no returns of decorated merchandise will be accepted. Madison Print Shoppe retains the sole and complete discretion to authorize (or refuse to authorize) the return of any product purchased by Customer.

ORDERING SAMPLES

We're happy to order samples that aren't already in the showroom. Ordered samples should be available in 24-48 business hours.

PRE-PRODUCTION SAMPLES

We don't provide a printed sample before order completion as most of the work is in the setup of the job itself. If you'd like to see one shirt, we can provide a digital mockup sent to your email address. Just ask us!

DIGITIZED DESIGNS & LOGOS

All digitized coding and production files are the property of Madison Print Shoppe, LLC.  Since our digitizing is offered as a service, we do not release any digitizing information or files to Customers for any reason whatsoever. Digitized logos are kept on file for all future Customer orders and can be used at no extra expense for custom embroidery orders placed and paid through Madison Print Shoppe, LLC.

COPYRIGHTS & TRADEMARKs

Madison Print Shoppe, LLC assumes no responsibility for researching or authenticating the rights held by any Customer to any trademark, as it relates to any design or logo reproduced on behalf of a Customer. Any and all liability for any act of trademark infringement rests with the Customer, and Customer shall indemnify Madison Print Shoppe, LLC against any and all actions resulting from trademark issues.
